你这是VarFDTD，模式选择已经在VarFDTD那里设置了，https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034916993-varFDTD-solver-Simulation-object

在模式光源那里，除非你十分了解这个模式，否则请用模式光源缺省自带的那个模式，否则结果可能出错，其工作原理参见：
