If you use a Remote Displacement for the Y deformation instead of a force, you should look at the Force Reaction in the Y direction, which is the direction the spring is being compressed. I assume you don't want to look at the lateral forces the spring is exerting on the constraint trying to go sideways.

If you apply a Remote Force, the force is proportional to Time.  Make the End Time equal to the final value of the Remote Force, then the Displacement vs Time plot can be read as Displacement vs Force.
