Sure, thanks for your response. 

You can find in screen shots. One of my phases (mixture model) has two species of CO2 and H2O. When I am defining the mole fraction of CO2=1, and there is no H2O production in the system, which means the fraction of CO2 should be equal to 1 and the fraction of H2O should be equal to 0 everywhere. As you can see, in one domain, the fraction of CO2 is not one, and the fraction of H2O is zero, althought there are just two species in this phase. I should mention that this domain contains the secondary phase, which should have no effects on the species balance of the primary phase (CO2 & H2O).Â
