The "X" and "O" symbols for representing the direction of current flow are the same conventions as used in any standard textbook on circuit theory. This notation isn't specific to the tool and is a universal symbol used to indicate current flow. However, explanation to any notation that is specific to the tool is already provided in the help documentation.Â
