1) No, but if we find someone posting from multiple accounts to try and either speed things up or otherwise against the T&Cs then we'd ban all accounts involved. 

2) Yes and no. There is a back end team but I'm unsure how that all works: I have limited access for moderation purposes. Accounts are held for the individual on here, and we'd not pass any details back to a third party. All students would need to register themselves, and sign off on the T&Cs on registering.
