A better approach might be to write case & data from your local machine. The journal then reads case & data and runs: all set up is then done via the GUI. The error you're seeing looks to be disc or queue related, it's not a typical Fluent problem: the "No such file or directory /var/spool/slurmd/job35964/slurm_script" is the clue.Â
