Hello,

Thanks for the reply. I couldn't find ansyslmd.ini under Documents/Ansoft folder but there is one under "C:\Program Files\AnsysEM\Shared Files\Licensing" which is an empty file.

I was able to start the software by re-downloading, re-installing it (without deleting old one) and using the modify option. I tried repair option before which didn't fix. Hopefully, this helps some other people if they face similar issue.
