If you want to include the ground then, yes, it'll help if you include it in the model! Go through the various courses in Learning and additional tutorials in Help to get an idea of what's needed. In 2024R1 I'd advise Ansys Meshing, and other than inflating the ground and wing don't try and recreate the above mesh: use pave and do it properly.Â
