Hello Can,

this study can be simulated by coupling Ansys Rocky (for the DEM side) with Ansys Mechanical (for FEA analysis). Some documents you can check to learn more about this coupling strategy are listed:

 

Furthermore, the geometry excitations can be modeled by using the Motion Frames tool in Rocky, which you can also check on how to setup in Rocky User Manual.
