Hi Simon,

Can you set this in environment variable under system variable

FNP_IP_ENV=1

Also, clear the cache and reset the configuration by renaming the .ansys folder (%temp% in start menu) to .ansys.old and Ansys folder to Ansys.old (%appdata%)

Go to C/Users/username and rename .cfx, .fluentconf to .cfx.old, .fluentconf.old and relaunch the application?
