Serial calculation's wall clock shows 2.253 sec, and 36 core parallel is 1.368 sec equating to an efficiency of 4.57% so something is definitely wrong with the setup, which is strange since I had no issues with 2022 R1 and Fluent 2024 R1 seems to be doing just fine in parallel. I'll carry on going through the documentation you've listed.
