As I'm simulating a shock-wave around an object using overset mesh, the accuracy of the interpolation scheme greatly affect the results and the schemes currently available in ansys have low accuracy as per many papers such as the one by Dominic D.J. Chandar, On overset interpolation strategies or Study of interpolation methods for high-accuracy computations on overlapping grids by Jeremie Chicheportiche & Xavier Gloerfelt and some other papers. 

Also my Academic supervisor would like to get in touch regarding this issue, so is it possible and if so, then how can he do so?
