hi sir：

My case involves a Pulsed laser, so massive heat flux occurs only for a brief period (15 picoseconds)

here is one of my case recipe.

and I already finished get some data I need, 

However, the process is very intricate (for example, setting each step’s end of time & timestep, etc. to make the temperature curve more perfect)

You mentioned above and suggested that I might be able to use Excel to replace my method of inputting options one by one. I am very interested in this and would like to learn from you.

Below is a picture of how I set the timestep, with the red boxes indicating each place I need to set.
