Hi Amber, 

If you look for only EM study, either HFSS or Maxwell would be applicable for this study. Given the very low frequency, Maxwell might be a better choice. It also depends on your specific objectives. If you need thermal or other physics, then we have other tools to couple with HFSS or Maxwell.
