Run完FDTD檔案應該還需要在分析組Run analysis才會產生.mat,請參考官網步驟(截圖)

提示首先是無法開檔案，目前懷疑.mat檔案有錯誤。如果是正版維護內的軟件可以來信lumerical.support@ansys.com 諮詢
