Logon to all of your ANSYS License Server machines Edit the file,
Linux {ANSYSinstallationdirectory}/shared_files/licensing/ansyslmd.ini
Windows C:\program files\Ansys Inc\Shared Files\Licensing\ansyslmd.ini
Add the line, ANSYSLI_TLS_VERSION=1.2
Stop then start again ANSYS licensing on the ANSYS license server machines
