Good morning, Mr. Karnos, 

From our licence logs, we could see the person was using "Discovery" for structural analysis. Features checked out were:

ansys

anshpc (8 additional cores)

disco_level1

disco_level2

My CMC colleague also checked his account and our licence logs to see if the person was being denied access to any feature. This was not the case. 

We will check with this user regarding what activity caused this "OFF" report in our logs. We suggested that this person use "Workbench" or "Mechanical" instead of "Discovery" for structural simulations.
