Hi,

you can use the eulerian model with the Multiphase Model in ANSYS Fluent. You can define primary phase as Air (gaseous phase), secondary phase: water liquid (moisture in the porous material), third phase as water vapor (evaporated from the porous material). you can use species transport to track the concentration of water vapor in the air and define the mass transfer between the water liquid phase in the porous material and the water vapor phase.
