If the fluid density is constant then gravity won't do anything other than at pressure flow boundaries. 

Have a look at the DPM Summary tools, Results>Reports. I don't think there are any specific tutorials, but have a look at the cyclone examples for some ideas. 

You need to decide if it's laminar or turbulent - have you looked for a Reynolds Number definition for this sort of flow?
