Copy those files somewhere safe - if you open the wrong part of Workbench you may lose the temp folder.  Using Fluent in standalone mode (Start menu) I would tend to write a journal to read case & data create image, write image, read next case & data, repeat. CFD Post in standalone mode won't (I think) read the h5 format otherwise you can usually read all data sets in at once; Ensight may work but it's not a tool I use at present.Â
