In 2023R2, I am able to import curve points from extracted beams into Mechanical. Which version are you using?

Make sure all vertices are attached to beams that have cross section. If the curves do not have cross section assigned, those are not imported into Mechanical

If this doesnt work, can you use worksheet named selection in Mechancial?

 

Example worksheet named selection to pick vertices from beams and then filter based on location
