Hi,
CFD post does not support reading Mechanical 2021 or later result file, so it will not allow you to do so. It appears that you are using the tutorial for version 2022R1, please refer to the latest tutorials created in the same version here: System Coupling Tutorials (ansys.com).
Please refer a postprocessing tutorial to know more about postprocessing in Ensight Postprocessing System Coupling's Co-Simulation Results (ansys.com).
