Hello Julio,
Those models as is do not represent directly manufacturable components. Rather the default settings of those models are based on maintaing compatibility with other SPICE style circuit simulators and are not based on any specific components. Normally the process goes the opposite of what you are talking about where vendors will extra those parameters from the real word devices and provided them in data sheets that you can use to populate the component valeus, or in self contained SPICE models.
