The error indicates that the cluster is not able to connect to the server on the ports used by the license manager. 

gold54.cluster.local(process 0): Error: Could not connect to Ansys license server specified at 10550@AnsysLM4.soton.ac.uk;10550@AnsysLM5.soton.ac.uk;10550@AnsysLM6.soton.ac.uk

Consult your IT/cluster admin to allow connection between the license server and the cluster on the ports used by the Ansys license manager on the server.Â
