If you have installed Ansys Electromagnetics Desktop 2023R1, close all Ansys applications and go to START > ANSYS EM2023R1 > Modify Integration with Ansys (run as administrator).

Click Yes. and save the settings.

Now launch Workbench. You should see HFSS in the Analysis systems. 

You can link your Mechanical Workflow with the HFSS component.
