Support for MagicDraw/Cameo 2022x was added in ModelCenter 2023 R1. 

MagicDraw, Cameo Enterprise Architecture, and Cameo Systems Modeler are officially supported.  

The ModelCenter MBSE Plug-In can be installed to MSOSA and will work when opened from the Tools drop-down menu in MSOSA.  When installing the ModelCenter MBSE Connector for MagicDraw, choose Custom sa the install type if prompted.  On the Custom Setup screen, select the second option for "MagicDraw Installation Location".  Click the Browse button in the lower right, and select the folder where MSOSA is installed on your system.  The ModelCenter MBSE Plug-In will be installed and available in the MSOSA Tools drop-down menu.
