This is the first time i am using 23R1.

I tried resetting app data and let us know if that didn't help.

  1. Go to the Start Menu and open %temp% folder. Search for ‘.ansys’ folder and rename it to ‘.ansys.old’ then launch the application. 
  2. Open a file explorer and type %appdata% in the address bar.

Locate the Ansys folder --> select version (V231) and rename it to V231.old

Both dint help. Kindly help me resolve this issue.Â
