Hi Tim,

I think the man reason for seeing only one curve is the "Base path mode" in the "Variables" tab in the Signal Processing.
This is set to "Centrally registered". I would suggest the following: 
Can you 1) open the Signal Processing and 2) change that "Relative to project" by double clicking in the cell.

Please run it again, check the signal plot again and see if it is working now.

(By the way, you can use the calculator to extract values and derive new responses for the calibration,
e.g. here the calculator is used in a tutorial: Calibration of a Damped Oscillator (ansys.com)
