Hello,
Check your Firewall is not blocking any communications of Fluent.
Also, Check the virus scanner is not blocking anything.

Check your PATH environment variable to make sure that the PATH statement begins with c:\Windows\System32....
To check this, Open a Dos Command Prompt window and type in:
set PATH

Then hit Enter.
