孙老师请问，这两个结构哪里不一样呢？因为这两种结果的获得，我仅仅是把案例在自己电脑上run了一下，一个是案例下载下来就有的结果，一个是我自己run后的结果。测试其他的例子没有问题，唯有这个案例里面的仿真文件有问题。不论我如何改变刻蚀的大小和形状，结果都是一直不变
