Ansys Learning Forum Forums Discuss Simulation Fluids “Filled” option when ploting contours for EWF Reply To: “Filled” option when ploting contours for EWF

Thanks Rob, I try to clarify.

It is a case where initially there is no film present in the domain and it forms as air condense. At the end of simulation when ploting contours without "Filled" option, I suppose it shows (highlights) areas where film do exist there.

Looking at contours of "film thickness" and "film mass", some areas around the middle of domain are highlighted (dark blue) and I conclode film exist there (minimum thickness and mass, but stil film do exist there). But those areas are not included in contour of "film temperature"!

My question is why is that so? pictures are contours of different quantities, but if contour of film mass and thickness indicate there is film in that area, why the area is not highlighted in contour of film temperature?
