I guess it is due to the ring resonator group. The center of the group is at the middle of the bus waveguide. Please check the group.

If I do the same as what you have done, I got:

If in the structure group script, I set the straight waveguide x=2e-6, I got

So the center of the group is shifted.

 

There is another possibility if you have remote access to a computer: somehow the change you made did not display correctly. But if you copy the file to your local machine, it works fine. The remore computer may need to have some settings.
