Thanks for giving your valuable time. I tried your approach and exported two stl files, one which has maximum deformation and other one has minimum deformation. Then i did some preprocessing using some code and calculated the minimum and maximum co-ordinates of x,y,z axes . and got the same result for both the file. I am attaching the result.
Geometry is a Cylinder whose base circle is on x-z plane and height is in y direction.
assume max as minimum and min as maximum.
It it is deformed stl file then it should show different results.even number of nodes and elements are also same. I think everytime the software exports the same file.
