As mentioned in my previous reply, you are currently using/accessing the Ansys Lumerical Academic Teaching License (25 tasks). 

If your company bought Lumerical Commercial entitlements, configure Lumerical to obtain the license from your company's license server and not from the Academic Teaching licenses that you are currently using/accecssing. Then register for support while accessing the commercial licenses from your company's license server as shown in our KB guide here.
