Hello
First of all since the stent is so small (diameter) compared to the membrane I would try modelling them with beams and shells (using 3D solid elements for the stent is not recommended here).
In the help manual there is some information about beam to face/shell contact modelling.
In workbench mechanical we need to have the line/beam (edge) body as contact and the shell face as target (see below).
