Hey !
You can mitigate the "Excessive Thickness Change" error by forcing the solver to take smaller steps so the change is not excessive.
Under Analysis Setting, turn the "Auto Time Stepping" option On, set the Initial and Minimum Substeps to 100 (or 10 times bigger than the current minimum) and Maximum to 10000.
