The Ansys Innovation Space website recently experienced a database corruption issue. While service has been restored there appears to have been some data loss from November 13. We are still investigating and apologize for any issues our users may have as a result.

Hello Everyone!
I have installed normally ansys electronics destop 2019 r3, when opening it shows me a diaologue box with an unknown error. after that I have tried to add the environment variable as : ANSYS_EM_DONOT_PRELOAD_3DDRIVER_DLL= 1. but I still got the same issue. below it is the picture of the error.
Please anyone to help me.
