Reply To: RSM job hangs idle until manually terminated or walltime runs out

I get an error saying character too long when I try and paste the entire RSM job report.
Anyhow, pasting few of the lines:

Then the message keeps continuing with "Inquiring for files by Tag: [progess] No files transferred." Until it hits the walltime specifies or I manually cancel the job.
