If you have previously installed a license file and license server on that machine, then all you have to do is overwrite the previous "server_data" license file with the new license file that you were sent, and restart the LSTC License Manager. If you have admin privileges, you may restart the LSTC License Manager by opening the Windows Service Control Manager, scrolling to the LSTC License Manager service, opening that service, and pressing stop and then start. Rebooting the machine also restarts all of the services.
