您好 您使用的mode數目足夠嗎？ 您可以打開EME結果的coeffiicient觀察一下，裡面會有對應到每一個mode的係數。如果很高階的mode仍有係數，會建議您把Mode數增加。

另外，您也可以檢查一下port的大小是否足夠，邊緣的場是否夠低。有時候port寬度太小也會有問題。
