The "unsupported by licensed server" are likely due to having old license files still installed on the license server along with the new licenses. Users encountering errors solving must be sure to select the box to 'Use Pro, Premium, Enterprise Product Licenses' under Tools -> Options -> General Options -> General -> Desktop Configuration. Please note, the new licenses only support users running version 2020R1 and newer, any users of older versions must update to a newer release.
