Hello Array nIt looks like your mesh is highly segmented with lots of edges. It would be a good choice to use virtual topology to merge these small surfaces, so as to create a better mesh (which might be one of the reasons for non - convergence). Check out this link on how to create a virtual topology https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u5zceTG5DnE. After doing this also make sure that the mesh is sufficiently refined on the contact faces. The bonded contact is a linear type, any reason why you are doing a non-linear analysis ?
