Thanks for your response.

But in contacts, we have option to choose the shell surface as top or bottom. Likewise, don't we have for support conditions?

Also attached the cross section of the geometry for your reference.

Surfaces highlighted in yellow needs to be given as frictionless supports. Here, two surfaces are top surface of the shell and one is bottom surface of the shell. 

Thickness of the geometry is 1.5mm.
