I would add the SSD as the new C: drive, keep the 1 TB HDD as the 
drive and make sure ANSYS is solving on the C: drive.
What is the RAM capacity of the motherboard? I would upgrade the RAM, but I'm not sure how much RAM a Fluent Model with 512K cells/nodes requires.
