It seems like you mesh is corrupted. Can you first check your mesh in ICEM CFD?n

What do you need me to check for in my mesh?n

If ICEM CFD does identify any issues with it.n

Screenshots please of ICEM CFD and the way you are generating the mesh.n

I've assigned a block to the whole structure before splitting it up and assigning it to edges. Then I've collapsed blocks and move nodes around so i can remove the blocks in the aerofoil before assigning a mesh size through the blocking menun

When running a check of the mesh it bring ups no errors. But when it exports to fluent it now brings up this line:nerror : domainfile contains no nodesn

If you close the mesh, generate the pre-mesh, convert to unstructured mesh and then check the new mesh: does it work? Is this the first time you use ICEM CFD?n

Yes it is.nChecking the mesh now brings up a message saying '909 problem elements were found. you can put them in a new subset Uncovered Faces, fix them by covering the exposed faces or ignore them'n

I will say try it perhaps it might work. Unfortunately maybe you better first focus on the ICEM CFD part to resolve any issues. n

the uncovered faces seem to be around the edge of my aerofoil. Not sure why it seems to have an issue with them. Trying it on fluent now brings up this error.
