SubscriberI built this geometry using DesignModeler+SpaceClaim, but importing it as a geometry in Fluent Meshing gives these problems. I don't know what is causing them - I previously imported these geometries without a problem, so I don't understand what has changed since then.

AdministratorHello,
Could you please check the geometry in SpaceClaim for any errors? Right click on the geometry and perform the 'Check Geometry' operation and see it displays an error message. The watertight geometry workflow is for clean CADs without errors.

SubscriberHi
Thank you - there is seemingly a problem with every boundary/edge in my geometry. This really surprises me, as previously imported and meshed this same geometry in Fluent Meshing without any issues. It's also selecting general inlets and outlets as problems - which strikes me as odd, I don't know what could be wrong with that.

AdministratorHello,
What is the original file format? Was it created natively in SpaceClaim? When you bring external files into SpaceClaim, this is not an uncommon issue.
You might want to look into the Fault Tolerance Meshing Workflow in Fluent meshing. This might be a more robust workflow for what you are attempting to do.

Administrator.Hello,
My guess is that something went wrong in one of the geometry manipulation operations. I'd suggest that you go back to the original geometry that worked and try to retrace your steps to see if you are able to narrow down where things go wrong. Another question - on the geometry that worked, were you using the same version of the tool?
