SubscriberHello, my task is to compute cavitation in confuser, the geometry is 2D and axisymmetric. My plan is to determine the intensity of the cavitation by the size of the surface in which the pressure decreases under saturated vapor pressure. Is there any way to define surface area using the pressure as a parameter? Like determine area of the surface in which the pressure drops under saturated vapour pressure.n It would be great if someone here would know how to do it using fluent console. The next step is shape optimization so i need to automate it as much as possible.nThank you a lot.n -

AdministratorHello,nYou could potentially create an iso-clip based on static pressure. You can use the appropriate range of values to clip this surface. This should help you create a separate surface (or volume) and you should be able to estimate the area.nKarthik -
