Ansys EmployeeThere are several ways to do this. One would be to define a bonded contact between the two cubes - at the surfaces where they meet. Another would be to Boolean Glue the volumes together; set some mesh size controls; then mesh to get a conformal mesh (the two cubes are connected by sharing nodes). nMiken
