  Hi,nThis might be related to the quality of the computational mesh. Could you post your mesh quality details (max skewness and min orthogonal quality) from Ansys Meshing?nAlso, how did you create your interface and how does the mesh at this interface look visually?nKarthikn

  Please try and improve the mesh quality. Ensure that the max skewness is less than 0.9. Please see if this takes care of the issue.nKarthikn
