Fluent Meshing surface mesh generation problem?

  I am facing surface mesh generation error with complex geometries when I try to add local face size or BOI with watertight geometry in Fluent Meshing? I can easily perform meshing these geometries without any local mesh size. Is there a way to overcome this issue?n

  Please make sure that you have defined correct sizing. You can measure distance between two positions or nodes in Fluent Meshing. Once you measure the distance, make sure that you have sufficient sizing defined for local sizing control. nYou can check sizing video on Ansys meshing.
